Requirements: • A proven track record of sales success and account management. • Bachelor's degree • Master's level education preferred • 5+ years of senior level sales experience in a consultant environment. • 10 years of sales and business development experience. • Must have Agricultural experience. • Must possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills in addition to excellent customer service and communication skills. • Exceptional leadership skills. • The know-how to identify new business opportunities. • The ability to work individually and with a team. • Possess a Valid Drivers License with an excellent driving record. • Be proactive with problem solving and analytical capabilities. • Possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with the ability to develop/nurture relationships that will enhance the organization. Candidate must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation of $100k +/- salary depending on experience, plus Incentive Compensation No relocation benefits are currently being offered although the client will consider candidates from neighboring states.
